General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between 88hbaje and all its users. In this document, "88hbaje", "we", and "us" refer to the entity operating the platform. "You", "user", and "member" refer to any individual registered on the 88hbaje platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Residents of regions where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use 88hbaje.

KYC Verification

For withdrawals above a certain amount or to verify your account, 88hbaje may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Betting Rules

Before placing any bets on 88hbaje, please make sure you fully understand the rules below. These rules apply to all types of betting — cricket, football, tennis, and any other sport.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the specified time window. Live betting allows bets to be placed while the match is in progress.
• If a match is postponed, cancelled, or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, 88hbaje reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Betting Limits

A maximum bet limit is set for each event and market, and will be clearly displayed on every betting page. 88hbaje reserves the right to adjust the betting limits of any user at any time.

Multiple Bets (Parlay/Accumulator)

Parlay bets can be placed by combining multiple selections. If any selection is voided, it will be removed and the bet settled on the remaining selections. Maximum odds limits may apply to parlay bets.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

88hbaje regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, detailed on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after meeting the required wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x the bonus amount).
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Each bonus offer is available to a user once only. Multiple members of the same household are not eligible for the same bonus.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The original stake will be deducted from any winnings made with a free bet.
• 88hbaje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88hbaje platform. Violations may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening multiple accounts or using an account under another person's identity.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Misusing bonuses or exploiting the bonus system in a fraudulent manner.
• Using a third-party payment account to conduct transactions.
• Assisting minors in opening an account.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour directed at other users.

Account Closure & Fund Withdrawal

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 88hbaje support team. Please make sure to withdraw your balance before closing your account. Once closed, you will need to contact the support team to reopen it.

88hbaje may close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected.
• The member has submitted a self-exclusion request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, a refund of the balance is not guaranteed. In all other cases, any valid balance will be returned.

Privacy & Data Protection

Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with international law.

Limitation of Liability

• If betting services are temporarily unavailable due to internet connectivity issues, power outages, or other technical reasons.
• If account details or passwords are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• If a transaction issue arises due to a delay or error on the part of a third-party payment gateway.

In no circumstances will 88hbaje's total liability exceed the amount deposited by the user.
